About Western Service & Repair
Western Service & Repair sits at the end of a winding dirt road in Bozeman, and reviewers say to trust your GPS getting there. It's a full-service auto shop that also takes on RVs, trailers, and farm and ranch vehicles. Thomas is the name that comes up again and again in the reviews. People passing through town write that other shops quoted two-month waits. This one squeezed them in. A cracked leaf spring on a travel trailer, a suspension and plumbing problem on an RV, a furnace that needed fixing the next day: reviewers describe getting back on the road quickly. One notes a wrong replacement part came in and the crew took extra time to make it right. He diagnosed a generator on the spot, though the part would have taken too long to arrive for that traveler to stay. Reviewers call him genuine and say he won't rip you off like the bigger shops in town. Call ahead, since wait times vary.
