About Wallace RV Repair
Wallace RV Repair on the Knoxville side handles the usual list: AC, electrical, batteries, oil changes, genset repair, camper and framing work, plus engine diagnostics. It's a repair and rebuild shop, and they'll come to you for mobile service. Chassis work comes up too. Reviews run 4.8 stars across 16 of them, and the word that keeps showing up is honesty. People mention getting a straight list of what's needed with a reasonable cost and timeframe before the job starts. One fifth wheel owner who tore open a rear corner on a guide wire says they got it back looking like it was never damaged, same day. Another had a motorhome that sat unused for years and got an almost complete overhaul, with updates along the way. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer describes a six-month wait on a motorhome, carpet work they weren't pleased with, and a list of repairs they say never got done. The good reviews lean on Dustin taking his time rather than rushing a job. If you're passing through town with something broken, call ahead to check the schedule.
