About Victory Truck Shop
Victory Truck Shop on the truck repair side of Spokane works on commercial vehicles, buses, and RVs. The service list covers brakes, electrical, exhaust, steering and suspension, tires, transmission, engine diagnostics, and air conditioning. They also run mobile service, and one reviewer said a mobile mechanic was sent right away to get a truck rolling again. Reviews are mixed. Several people praise the mechanics, calling them the best in town for trucks and trailers and saying the work is quick. Some mention a shop manager who walked them through what went wrong. Others push back on billing. One reviewer said labor is quoted at an hourly rate but gets charged step by step on top of it, and called the owner rude. The shop posted an invoice in response, saying the bill was correct. Topics that come up in reviews include pump work, general repairs, and having a mechanic available. Some repairs are flat rate, some by the hour. The shop is not open around the clock.
