VETERAN RV TECH

About VETERAN RV TECH

This is a mobile tech outfit based in Big Spring, working Howard County and the surrounding area. The technician is certified and comes to your campsite, so you don't have to break camp and haul the rig across town. Roof and AC work are both part of what they take on, and weekend appointments are mentioned. The Google reviews sit at 4.0 across a handful of ratings, and they split in a way worth reading before you call. One owner praised the response time, saying the tech showed up the next morning with the tools to test every component on a dead AC and had a new unit installed in about two hours. Another reviewer tells the opposite story about an AC job, writing that a bad thermostat was diagnosed as a failed compressor and that they were quoted far more for a replacement than the unit itself cost. Two other reviews are short and positive, one mentioning good service and fair pricing. Pricing comes up often enough in the feedback to be a theme. If you're booking, get the diagnosis and the quote in writing before any parts get ordered.
