About Upstate RV Center
Upstate RV Center sits in Malta, New York, where it works as both a dealership and a repair shop. Reviews split down the middle, and plenty of them come from people who drove a couple hours to look at a camper or get work done. The shop handles roof and awning jobs, inspections and generator fixes, and keeps a parts counter. Some customers describe a fair price on their unit and a thorough walkthrough when they picked it up, including one reviewer who got a long lesson on hooking up a trailer. Others walked away frustrated. One review mentions a furnace repair bill that didn't fix the problem, and another says a phone call about a roof and water damage went sideways. Staff come up often in the positive reviews, with people calling them friendly and willing to answer questions. If you need a New York state inspection, it's worth a call. One reviewer got in the next day after being quoted weeks elsewhere.
