About Uncle Troy's Mobile RV Service
Uncle Troy's is a mobile RV service out of Hymera, Indiana, meaning the work happens where your rig is parked. Troy is a Certified RV Technician, trained at the NRVTA and a member of the RV Technicians Association of America. The service list covers air conditioning, batteries, electrical, furnaces, generators, and new owner consultations. The Google rating sits at 4.6 across 27 reviews, and the themes that keep coming up are knowledgeable staff and fair fees, along with punctuality and problem diagnosis. Reviewers describe Troy showing up when he said he would and finding the actual fault. One owner had gone two months without a fridge after another company failed to diagnose it; Troy found the problem and had a new unit cooling in three hours. Another had a Dometic AC capacitor replaced at a state park campground. A few reviews mention parts on the truck saving a return trip, and Teresa gets credit for tank cleaning and unclogging. It's a small operation, and the reviews read like it. People mention fast responses, clear explanations, and pricing that matched what they expected.
