About Tri-State Truck & RV Service Center, Inc.
Tri-State is a family-owned truck and RV shop in Chattanooga that also runs mobile service. Reviewers talk about camper work more than anything else, and the crew gets praise for being polite and quick. One driver with a flat trailer tire rolled in without an appointment and the shop foreman stopped what he was doing to help. On the RV side, a mobile tech named Mike handled an AC unit that went down on a rental, and the customer noted good communication and a fast repair. The shop also lists awning work, electrical, oil changes, and transmission service, and handles diesel engine repair and trailer repair. Parts are available, and there's a certified chassis angle if your rig needs that kind of work. One thing to know before you haul in: a reviewer asking about small camper service was told there are no appointments and no waitlist. You drop the camper and it sits until they get to it, which at the time was three to six weeks out. If you need it back fast, call ahead and ask how the queue looks. They do handle emergency work and are open weekends.
