About Travel Trailers Sales & Services
Travel Trailers Sales & Services sits in Tilton, Illinois, and wears a few hats: RV dealer, repair shop, parts counter. Folks passing through on a trip tend to find it when something breaks, and the reviews suggest that works out more often than not. Staff are the thing people bring up most, often by name, and several note getting squeezed into the schedule fast, sometimes the next day. One traveler's microwave was about to drop onto the stove and got handled the next morning. Another rolled in at 3 p.m. with dead camper batteries and left in a few minutes with replacements. A broken water tank drain got fixed and refilled in about an hour so a son could get back to dry camping. Roof and AC work come up too, and the parts selection draws comments, including one person who says they seem to have every part possible. The 4.5 rating across 88 reviews is not spotless. One customer describes a pricing mix-up at the register that left a sour taste. Most of what shows up, though, is people glad to find a shop that fits them in and explains the work.
