About Trailside RV Kansas City
Trailside RV sits in Grain Valley, just east of Kansas City, and it handles sales, service and parts in one place. The lot leans heavily toward Jayco and Keystone brands, including the Sprinter, Passport and Hideout lines plus Fuzion and Impact toy haulers. If you're hunting for a travel trailer, there's plenty to walk through. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Sales staff get credit for answering questions without pushing anyone past their budget, and the walkthrough before you leave gets called thorough more than once. The finance side gets similar praise, with buyers noting the advertised price is the price and no surprise fee shows up for not financing through them. A 66 day warranty comes up too. On the repair side, one owner with tree damage on their RV said the service contact kept them informed and got it handled quickly. Other reviews point to the parts department and warranty work. It's a dealer, not a mobile tech, so you'll need to get the rig to their shop in Grain Valley.
