About Touchdown RV Rentals & RV Service
Touchdown RV runs a service center alongside its rental fleet and sales lot in Zionsville. The shop takes on roof and AC jobs, plus the usual list: oil changes, brakes, tires, batteries, electrical, and plumbing. Technicians there are certified, and the place is open weekends. It's marked as Black-owned and women-owned, and the entrance, lot, and restroom are wheelchair accessible. Reviewers keep coming back. One called it their fourth or fifth rental and said it was smooth as always. Others mention how clean the units are at pickup and how patient the staff stayed with first-timers and their questions. A few describe quick, efficient repair work with no push to trade up to a newer unit. The crew gets named in reviews for being available when something comes up mid-trip. The trailer delivered to a campsite was set up and torn down by the shop, which one family called a great experience. Call ahead before you haul in.
