The Mechanic on Wheels

About The Mechanic on Wheels

The Mechanic on Wheels is a mobile RV repair service out of Monticello that also covers Daytona, Orlando and other parts of Florida. It runs 24/7, so if something breaks mid-trip you can call whenever it happens. The shop's own writeup says it handles engine, transmission, electrical and water damage work, plus roof and awning repairs, and mentions roadside assistance and scheduled maintenance alongside the 35+ years of mechanical experience behind it. Reviewers are few but positive, and the theme is trust. One owner said Eric came to the house, spotted the problem and fixed it. Another called him an honest person with fair prices and quality workmanship, and mentioned a roof sealed, a slide out repaired and an electrical issue sorted. Someone else had a slide out fixed right at their site. Most of the work happens where your RV sits, which is the point of a mobile tech. The 5.0 rating comes from a handful of reviews, so read them yourself. It is a small operation, and the people who wrote in mostly talk about Eric by name.
