About TerryTown RV Parts and Service
TerryTown handles service and parts for both towable and motorized RVs in Grand Rapids. They're a factory-authorized warranty center for brands like Jayco, Forest River, Keystone, and Coachmen, so if your rig is under warranty, this is a place that can do the work without a fight. The service bay covers roof work, AC, awnings, brakes, electrical, tires, and collision repairs. They also sell parts and accessories over the counter. Reviewers often mention the staff as helpful and pleasant, and several note the no-pressure sales approach. Others talk about warranty work getting done, sometimes even after the warranty expired. A few reviews point out misses: a slide-out fix that had to be redone, a missing power cord. The shop brought one of those trailers back in at no charge to make it right. With a 4.4 rating across more than 1,200 reviews, it's a busy spot, so plan ahead if you're mid-trip and need something fast.

What renters mention
“Let me start off by saying what a great RV dealership! I started the purchase of my 2021 Avalanche 378bh in April 2021. No one could even come close to Terry Town's price, so it made the 350 mile trip well worth it. My sales rep. Jeremy C.” – James H., 5 years ago, on Google
“My wife and I spent countless hours researching and price comparing 2018 North Point 377 RLBH units across the country (we're in the Midwest). Terry Town was one of the most competitive dealers in the country.” – Byron, 8 years ago, on Google
“Last year we had warranty work done and DIDNOT notice underneath the trailer where the work was done was not done properly. Also a couple other issues that were not remedied.” – R&R M., 4 months ago, on Google
