About SUNDOWNER RV SERVICE & TRANSPORT
Sundowner RV Service & Transport works on roofs, AC units, awnings and slide outs out of Macclenny, and they answer the phone at odd hours. One reviewer called the office at 7:30 PM after a storm knocked out power at the park, and someone was on site within 30 minutes. After-hours rates came in reasonable, according to that person. The reviews keep circling back to Mark, the mechanic people ask for by name. He shows up fast, explains the problem while he works, and sticks with it until the repair holds. One camper had both awning arms bent by wind; parts were ordered and installed within 24 hours. Another had a slide out stuck half open with three kids in a small space, and he rebuilt the part instead of calling it a lost cause. Not every review is glowing. One owner says a PolyGlow finish job went wrong, the fix didn't take, and the bill was steep. Worth reading the whole review page before you book.
