About Spencer Janes LLC
Spencer Janes LLC is an RV repair shop and dealer in Chapel Hill, Tennessee, and they come to you. The mobile side shows up at campgrounds and roadside spots, which matters when a slide breaks and the rig can't move. They also handle remodels, custom builds, winterization and awnings. Reviews give them 4.9 stars across 30 ratings, and the praise lands in a few consistent places. People call the team courteous and knowledgeable, and mention quick troubleshooting, fair pricing and fast turnaround on camper, trailer and roof repairs. One owner had hydraulic landing gear fixed, then a water leak and vacuum issue handled the next day. Another had a trailer picked up, repaired and delivered before the next rental booking. A camper owner said the crew kept working through the rain at the campsite. One review is blunt and negative, with the customer saying the timeline quoted for a repair didn't hold up. Worth reading alongside the rest before you book.
