About Southwest Mobile Service
Southwest Mobile Service is a mobile RV repair operation out of Wildomar, so the work usually happens wherever your rig is parked. The shop focuses on plumbing, appliances and electrical, plus air conditioning, batteries and fridge repairs. They also work with most extended warranty companies, which matters when a repair bill shows up mid-trip. Reviews point to Kerry as the technician people deal with. Several mention he shows up early or right on time and gets straight to diagnosing the problem. One reviewer with an older fifth wheel said the fridge door hinges were no longer made, so he built a new hinge setup that worked. Another had a furnace and water heater fail in a newer fifth wheel and said he fixed both and even worked out a free replacement water heater. A travel trailer owner new to the hobby wrote that she didn't feel taken advantage of, which says a lot. Others describe him as friendly, knowledgeable and fair on price. With 16 Google reviews and a 4.5 rating, it's a small operation with a steady stream of repeat callers.
