About Southwest Mobile RV Service
Southwest Mobile RV Service is a mobile outfit in Colorado Springs that comes to your rig instead of the other way around. Started in 2021, it handles plumbing, electrical, appliance and slide-out work, plus detailing, annual inspections and solar installs. Awning work is on the list too. Reviews are mixed, and it helps to know that going in. Plenty of owners praise Gary for being prompt, honest and quick to respond. One reviewer said he spent half an hour on the phone and called back on a Saturday, and another noted he looked at a problem outside his scope and didn't charge. Fair pricing comes up often. Others describe a different experience: inconsistent timelines, messages going unanswered, and in one case a slide repair still unfinished months later. The theme in the positive reviews is communication and straight talk. The complaints tend to be about follow-through and fees. Weekend availability, warranty work and parts are all part of the picture.
