About Southern RV
Southern RV sits in Cumming and has been family owned for over 45 years. It's a full-service dealership handling new and used sales, financing, consignment, parts, rentals, and a service department. They carry Jayco, Venture RV, Forest River, CrossRoads, and Thor Motor Coach, and the lot is wheelchair accessible. Most of what reviewers write about is the buying side. People mention no-pressure sales, no upsell, and a quick, easy paperwork process. Sales staff get named for being patient and detailed during walkthroughs, especially with first-time owners. The service team also gets shout-outs for being helpful and friendly. The reviews aren't all glowing. One service customer said their motorhome sat for two months before work started and the battery was dead at pickup. That's worth knowing if you're booking repairs, not just shopping.
