About Smith RV
Smith RV is an RV dealer and repair shop in Idaho Falls, and the reviews back up the sales side. Buyers keep mentioning the trailer and 5th wheel selection, and plenty say the sales staff listened instead of pushing. Reviewers name Randy, Shawn, Manny and Dayton by name for walking them through layouts, financing and delivery without pressure. The shop handles service with certified RV technicians, and mobile repair is available for people living in their rig or parked permanently within a reasonable distance. They also sell new and used RVs and carry Boss Snow Plow products with mechanical repair for plow needs. With 841 Google reviews at 4.7 stars, this is a busy place. Reviewers call out the staff as informative and the sales as no pressure, and several mention coming back for a second or third trailer.
