About Sierra RV Services
Shawn at Sierra RV Services in Benton Harbor has a reputation for honesty and for going above and beyond. Reviewers mention him walking a new RVer through dead batteries over the phone for over an hour, then stopping by the campsite a couple days later to make sure everything worked. Another says he came to the campground to do repairs and maintenance. He handles roof work and hot water heaters, among other things. One customer of more than 12 years calls him the most honest and fully knowledgeable for any camper problem. Another says he got them out of a huge pinch before vacation. With a 5.0 rating from 10 reviews, the pattern is clear: people trust him to explain what's wrong and what was repaired. If you're mid-trip and need help, he's worth a call.
