About San Diego Trailer Supply
San Diego Trailer Supply is a trailer supply store that also does RV and trailer repair, hitch installations and flat-tow setups. The shop handles tow bars, brake controllers, tow plates, fifth wheel hitches and bike rack installs, and keeps towing parts on the shelf. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, calling them knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and several mention a no-pressure sales approach. One owner had them set up a Mini Cooper for flat towing, wiring in a controller box and a dashboard signal light on the motorhome, then customizing the hitch receptacle for a bike rack. Another describes a hitch receiver on an Ioniq 5, done in under an hour with a clean cutout in the underbody. People also mention leaf spring upgrades and brake controller work. Scheduling sounds simple. One reviewer called on a Monday and had an install booked for Friday. The rating sits at 4.7 across 265 Google reviews. It's not a 24/7 operation, so check the hours before you head over.
