About S & S RV
S & S RV is a small shop in Richmond, California, where owner Dale is hands-on and reviews consistently call him an expert. He's upfront about costs, even telling one customer that a full roof redo might cost more than the camper was worth. Reviewers mention roof replacements, awning work, slideout motor and hardware fixes, axle replacement, and wheel bearing repairs. One traveler heading to Arizona had a wheel issue on the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge; S & S had the trailer towed in and fixed it with the right parts. Another customer got a pre-purchase evaluation on a Scamp camper and said Dale found the few issues it had. With a 4.6-star rating from 37 reviews, the shop gets praised for knowledgeable staff and work quality. If you're mid-trip with a broken RV, this is a place where you can expect straight answers and repairs done right.
