What renters mention
“I know very little about camper pumps, tanks, bacteria, etc. Lucas was informative, patient and great at directing me to exactly what I needed to do. I appreciate this as it's hard to find good customer service today.” – Lynn S., a year ago, on Google
“Daren did a great job walking me through each and every step of trying to figure out my issue. He waited patiently as I grabbed the needed tools and made me feel very comfortable working on an unfamiliar unit.” – Tim R., a year ago, on Google
“We have been coming to koa in Omaha/ Lincoln for 3 years. They have always been so helpful for us. They go the extra mile. We were just avid campers to learn. Their general store at the main office has everything from soup to nuts almost.” – Ronald C., 6 months ago, on Google
