About RV Specialist of the Triad LLC
RV Specialist of the Triad is a repair shop in Kernersville, North Carolina. They handle roof replacement, air conditioning, awnings, brakes, electrical work, and body and trim. Tony and Cory have a combined 45 years in the business, according to one reviewer. The shop's own description says it is closing July 1st. Reviews are mixed. Some owners had good experiences with brakes and roof work. But several mention trouble getting calls back. One waited months for an awning and gave up after nine months. Another left multiple messages about a refrigerator and got no response for weeks. A reviewer who left a deposit on a jack part in 2020 said updates were hard to get. If you need work done, call ahead and confirm they are still open. Ask about scheduling and parts availability before you commit. The shop does offer mobile service, so they can come to you for some repairs.

What renters mention
“A fellow Airstreamer highly recommended RV Specialist and it has proven to be a great recommendation. I have used them twice and both times I was very pleased.” – Tamara B., 3 years ago, on Google
“Update 8/30/24 I received a call from the owner. I was calling a number that was an outgoing line that did not ring in the business. I am on the schedule for repairs. I appreciate the personal call back. Stars updated.” – Brian M., Edited 2 years ago, on Google
“Tony is the Man. He has been helping me service my RV for several years now. He was recommended to me by the dealership to keep a warranty going that requires a experienced technician to do an inspection on my RV once a year.” – David K., 4 years ago, on Google
