About RV Repair and Service Center at Campers Inn RV of Naperville
The RV Repair and Service Center at Campers Inn RV of Naperville is a dealership-based shop that handles air conditioning, electrical, brakes, oil changes, tires, and more. It's part of a larger retailer with new and pre-owned RVs, plus a parts and accessories store. Reviews are rough. The shop holds a 1.6-star rating from five Google reviews, and the few comments show why. One customer said service has been a letdown at every turn, calling out poor communication and a diagnosis that didn't match the problem. Another couldn't get anyone on the phone after multiple tries and never got a callback. Others were blunt: "the worst" and a warning to go elsewhere. If you're stuck and need repairs, you might want to weigh those reviews. The shop does list common RV fixes, but the feedback suggests scheduling and follow-through can be a struggle.
