About RV MASTER TECH INC.
RV Master Tech runs a mobile repair service out of West Yarmouth, so the work comes to your rig instead of you hauling it across the Cape. A Level 4 Master Certified Technician leads the crew, and they carry parts for the jobs they take on. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: communication and know-how. One camper on the Cape reached out mid-morning and got squeezed into the afternoon route, with a plumbing issue fixed in about 15 minutes. Another had been ghosted twice by a different mobile tech before Jay and Todd sorted out an awning power problem. People describe Jay as calm, fair, and easy to deal with, and one long-time customer said he arrives when he says he will. Water heater and wheel work also come up in reviews. Call ahead to get on the schedule.
