About Roseburg RV Center
Roseburg RV Center is a family-owned lot on the dealer side of things, selling new and used RVs and trailers. Financing is offered for all types of credit, and the staff describe themselves as friendly and knowledgeable about the buying process. Reviewers tend to mention trailers most, along with a few who felt no sales pressure and a few who got a discount or wholesale deal. One buyer said the whole thing was easy: found the unit online, emailed on the way down, pointed at it and bought it. Another praised a salesman for not being the pushy type and for knowing his stuff. A camper buyer had a generator act up days after purchase. The shop tried to fix it, then replaced it, and the owner's line was that they stand behind what they sell. Not every review is warm. One customer wrote that a salesman treated them poorly, and a trailer buyer said they were still waiting on window blinds months later and getting the runaround. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and the shop works on generators.
