About Ron Hoover Rv and Marine Service Dept.
Ron Hoover RV and Marine Service Dept. in Odessa is an RV repair shop that also handles parts and warranty work. The crew gets mentioned by name in reviews for being helpful and knowledgeable. One reviewer said a tech saved their family vacation by fitting them in last minute. Another praised a staff member for explaining everything thoroughly when they needed a part. Parts and warranty come up often in reviews too. Some customers had good luck ordering what they needed, with staff knowing the inventory. But not everyone had an easy time with warranty claims. One reviewer said warranty work on curtains took over a year, and another felt ignored because they didn't buy their RV there. So it's a mixed bag depending on what you need. If you're broke down mid-trip, this is a place to call. The service desk has a reputation for working hard to accommodate last-minute requests. Just be clear about your warranty situation up front.
