About Ron Hoover RV & Marine of Oklahoma City
Ron Hoover RV & Marine has been family owned and operated for over 30 years, and the Oklahoma City location carries that same approach. It's a full dealer, so you'll find sales, a parts department and a service center under one roof, plus chassis and parts on hand. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. The staff gets described as informative and low pressure, and the parts department comes up often. One customer had a tire blow out just up the road and was helped first thing in the morning. Others mention service writers who remembered them and kept them posted through repairs. A few note they had to hunt for hard-to-find parts, but the counter staff sorted it. Folks who bought travel trailers and fifth wheels here tend to mention their salesperson by name and come back for service later. The shop handles AC work, electrical, brakes, batteries, diagnostics and body and trim, so whether something broke mid-trip or you're shopping, it's a real stop.
