About Rodfathers RV Body Shop
Rodfathers is an auto body shop on the Amarillo stretch of I-40 that also does RV repair, parts and roof work. Reviewers keep mentioning the same thing: they call and get worked in, sometimes the same day. One couple heading home to Florida tore open the back cap of their Montana fifth wheel on a gas station pole, and the shop handled the cap, roof and trim while keeping them updated after they left. Travelers with hydraulic jack alarms, a fridge that came loose from a rotted floor, and hail damage on a 2023 Coachman all describe getting fixed up. Reviewers point to kind staff, clear communication and fair pricing, and several mention roof replacement, including one handled after another shop closed mid-job. Services run from AC and electrical to painting, suspension and body and trim. They're also listed as a parts and supply stop, which helps when a mirror or small piece is all that stands between you and the road.

What renters mention
“We have a 2018 Montana 5th wheel, which we damaged November 2023. We were on our way home to Florida when we caught a pole at the gas station ripping our entire back cap open. This office and staff went above and beyond in helping us out.” – Joann B., 2 years ago, on Google
“My husband and his brother were driving on 40E in Amarillo when an 18 wheeler side swiped him and took off his side mirror…among other things. My husband called Rodfathers RV, in Amarillo and Michael said he could come in around 1:00.” – Sue B., 4 years ago, on Google
“We had an amazing experience at Rodfathers! We were on our way through Amarillo for one night, and noticed our fridge was no longer seated in its place. We called first thing in the morning and they worked us in.” – Claton B., 3 years ago, on Google
