About Rocky Top Mobile RV Service, LLC
Rocky Top Mobile RV Service is a family and veteran owned outfit out of Knoxville that brings the repair work to your rig instead of you hauling it in. The mobile setup covers roof work, AC, awnings, batteries, electrical, appliances and furnace, plus parts and weekend availability. That matters if something quits on a trip and you don't want to lose a day in a shop. The reviews run in both directions. One owner praised Jason for diagnosing and replacing an AC fast, calling the pricing fair and the work knowledgeable and polite. Another had a water heater fixed on a return visit and said they'd call again. Others describe missed appointments and poor communication, including a multi-day AC install with damaged ducts and an unresolved black water drain issue. That's nine Google reviews and a 3.0 rating, so read through them before you book. It's worth asking directly about scheduling and follow-up when you call.
