About Rock's RV Mobile Service LLC
Rock's RV Mobile Service is a mobile tech based in St Clairsville, working the Ohio Valley and West Virginia panhandle area. They have been at it since 2012 and are an RVTI Master Certified shop. They're also a warranty service provider for Dometic, Coleman, Suburban, Norcold, LCI and other RV products, and most service contracts are accepted. The service list covers the usual breakdowns: air conditioning, furnaces, water heaters, electrical, batteries, slide rooms, awnings and mobile calls. Reviews are mixed. One customer thanked them for a fair deal and called them an honest, knowledgeable mobile mechanic, and another mentioned a furnace repair that got done. But a third reviewer said the tech seemed scattered, and that a new toilet and steps were turned down as too much work. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you book. That's three Google reviews and a 2.3 rating, so the picture is thin. Call ahead about the job and confirm what's covered.
