About Roadside Mobile Medics
Roadside Mobile Medics is a mobile RV repair service out of Alabaster, and the reviews suggest the mobile part is what people remember. One couple broke down on I-65 with a dead motor home and a tech named Chad came out to diagnose it on the spot. Another traveler with a pop-up that wouldn't crank open said the team took the call without fuss. A third family waited out a 113 degree heat advisory while a broken belt got fixed. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff knowing their stuff. Electrical troubleshooting on a complicated Winnebago setup got sorted, with quick response and clear communication noted more than once. Service covers AC, roof work, body and trim, brakes, batteries, exhaust and engine diagnostics. The rating sits at 3.9 from 11 reviews, and not everyone is happy. One customer felt strung along over a part order and paid for an hour of labor on what turned out to be about 30 minutes of work. Worth knowing before you commit. Warranty work comes up in the reviews, and there's a note pointing to weekend and emergency availability.
