About River Cities RV Service LLC.
San Marcos has a mobile RV repair shop that owners call when something breaks on the road. River Cities RV Service handles roof repairs, AC systems, awning work, electrical issues, and annual maintenance. They also deal with extended service contracts and insurance claims. The shop is locally owned and has been in the industry for 16 years. Reviewers keep mentioning Josh, who seems to be the one who answers the phone. One camper stuck with no AC in July got worked into the schedule and fixed at Lockhart State Park. Another had a roof detach on a Sunday morning and Josh picked up the call and came out the next day. Others talk about punctuality, honesty, and plain knowledge of RV systems. The mobile service means they come to your campsite or RV park. One reviewer needed a slide-out fixed four days before Thanksgiving and had parts ordered and the repair done in time. Another said they've used them three times and won't call anyone else. With a perfect 5.0 rating across 34 Google reviews, this is a shop that clearly keeps its promises.
