About REV RV Service & Repair - Indiana
REV RV Service & Repair sits in Decatur, Indiana, and it takes on the kind of work a lot of dealerships pass on. That covers roof, AC, awning, body and trim, chassis, generator, electrical and brakes. Mobile service is on the list too. Reviewers tend to bring up warranty work and appointment scheduling. Several say the process felt smooth and the techs kept them posted day by day on what was done and what was still coming. Others mention the staff working to fit out-of-state pickups, and one notes they weren't sold things they didn't need. A few had gripes about repairs falling short of factory standards, and about the overnight setup: electric only, with water and sewer behind the building on unpaved ground. If you're staying while your coach is in the shop, there's complimentary laundry in the lounge, and guests can use it after hours. Parts availability comes up often in reviews, which matters if your rig is mid-trip and waiting.
