About R.V. Pat's Parts and Service
R.V. Pat's Parts and Service is a family-owned shop in Santa Rosa that's been in the RV game for over 35 years. They handle roof work, AC, awnings, generators, electrical, hydraulics, and body damage, plus they sell parts. Reviews mention a strong work ethic from Mike and his son, but also note some rough edges, like slow callbacks and warranty orders that took extra legwork. One reviewer had a wheel come off their fifth wheel and limped in; the owner and staff let them park blocking half the lot to get sorted. Another said they were never given a quote and were surprised by the labor rate after the fact. The shop is small, and a few people found the front-counter vibe less than warm. They're set up for warranty and insurance work, and they keep parts on hand for emergencies. If you're stuck mid-trip, it's worth a call, but ask for an estimate up front and confirm they have your part before you head over.
