About R V Express
When something breaks on your rig in Visalia, RV Express is a name that comes up. The shop handles brakes, 5th wheels, and awning work, and reviewers often mention how friendly the staff is. One traveler had brake trouble on their Grand Design and the front office let them bring it in even though they were packed. Parts availability gets talked about a lot in reviews, and people say the work is timely. Someone with a defective slideout gear got replacement parts and an appointment to install them, and said the tech already knew the issue. Another customer praised the team for helping repair their trailer and communicating with the insurance company. Not every review is glowing. One person said their RV came back filthy inside, and another reported a water pump left on and damage to the body. So do a thorough walk-around before you drop off and when you pick up.

What renters mention
“I was in a tricky situation here in Visalia and the brakes on our 2025 Grand design solitude failed on the rear left side. I’m pretty mechanically inclined so I pulled it all apart and found that a few parts needed to be replaced.” – Dusti A., 2 months ago, on Google
“We bought a camper from CAMPING WORLD in FRESNO and have had problems left and right, recently since it rained we found out ALL the dome windows were leaking pretty bad.” – Jesie, Edited a year ago, on Google
“I can't thank RV Express enough for helping me out. I have only had my trailer for a couple of years, and the slideout gear has already turned out to be defective.” – Jordan F., 3 years ago, on Google
