About R V Connection
RV Connection is an RV repair shop in Ocala, Florida. The Google rating sits at 3.0 from four reviews, and the feedback splits along a clear line. One reviewer brought in a generator, waited on parts, and called the result a great job that still runs fine. Another simply said they love Rich, good guy. Then there's the other side. A full-time RVer described a subfloor repair, leak diagnosis, and full flooring and carpet replacement. After they spent $4,000, they say the floor is collapsing under the washer and dryer, and that the class A Gulfstream was in the shop for two and a half months, from mid-May to early September 2019. They add that calls went unreturned for months and a promised visit never happened. Warranty, generator, and parts work get mentioned in what's listed. It's the kind of shop where the good stories and the bad ones are both worth reading before you decide.

What renters mention
“He repaired our generator. He did a great job. We took it to a guy in crestview Fl and that was a horror story. Our rig is a 2000 he had to wait for parts. He fixed it last year and it still runs like a champ!!” – Sally G., 4 years ago, on Google
