About Pro RV Mobile Repair, formerly At Your Service Mobile RV Repair
Pro RV Mobile Repair, formerly At Your Service Mobile RV Repair, comes to you around SW Washington and Portland. The mobile side covers roof work, A/C, awnings, electrical, batteries and charging systems, plus 5th wheels and horse trailers. They also handle warranty work and order parts when a job needs them. Reviewers describe the techs as friendly and the office staff as helpful. Several mention Don and Dean by name, and more than one repeat customer says they won't call anyone else. The shop handles extended insurance paperwork and inspections, and one owner had a bathroom redone, an A/C replaced, a furnace and water heater fixed, and a water leak traced into the floorboards on the same job. Not every review is warm. Wait times come up often, with one person waiting about two weeks for a tech and another more than a month. A few mention higher prices, and one was unhappy enough not to call back. The shop has set hours rather than 24/7 dispatch, so plan around that.
