About Princess Craft RV
Princess Craft RV is a family-owned dealership in Round Rock, Texas. They sell, rent and repair lightweight towable trailers, teardrop trailers, off-road adventure trailers and slide-in truck campers. They also keep a camping store and parts department on site, and have a 4.4 rating across 543 Google reviews. What reviewers keep coming back to is the service department. One customer drove from north Texas more than once for warranty work and credited Bobby Morgan for making them feel like the only priority. Another had a slide-out motor replaced while traveling, with a tech prepped on the procedure before they arrived. Several mention a used trailer being checked over, filled with water and propane, and walked through feature by feature with no prep fees. On the sales side, people describe no-pressure buying and staff who listen. After a purchase, one buyer found a few manufacturing defects and returned for multiple appointments with the service team. There are several mentions of the truck camper selection.
