About Primeaux RV Service Center
Primeaux RV Service Center sits in Sunset, Louisiana, and the techs there are RVIA certified for repair and diagnostics. The shop handles collision work, metal and fiberglass damage, roof maintenance and full roof replacements, plus appliance and warranty repairs and hitch installations. Electrical, brakes, tires and accessory installs round out the list. With 149 Google reviews averaging 4.5, the pattern is mostly about speed and parts. Reviewers bring up quick turnaround again and again, along with fast scheduling, an in-stock parts department and follow-ups on warranty work. Several mention service advisors by name who kept them posted through a roof replacement or an insurance claim, and one first-time owner praised how patiently a bad parking situation got handled. The complaints are worth reading too. One owner described a factory recall sitting for months without a clear answer. If your job is warranty or recall work, ask up front how the timeline looks and who your point of contact will be.
