About PPL Motor Homes
PPL Motor Homes is a consignment dealer in New Braunfels that also runs a repair and maintenance shop. It's a busy lot, so reviewers suggest booking an appointment. The sales floor has motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and toy haulers. You can browse without a salesman hovering, which several people mention. Service handles roof and AC work. Reviewers say Michael, Jessie, and the team have been at it for years. One owner had a leaky built-in tank fixed and got a 17-point inspection thrown in. On the sales side, a few buyers found problems after picking up their trailers. One manager, Scott Brown, agreed to fix minor issues at no cost. Another buyer wasn't happy that a paid inspection missed a dead rear AC and a flooded toilet. Most people come away satisfied, pointing to helpful staff like Zach and Rudy. Just know that used RVs here sell as-is, so a thorough look before you sign is on you.
