About PleasureLand RV Center - West Salem
PleasureLand RV Center in West Salem is a large dealership for Winnebago, Keystone, Grand Design, Thor, and other brands. They also run a service shop and parts store, and handle warranty and insurance work. You can bring your rig in for roof repairs, generator fixes, awning work, tire replacement, or sway bar and tow package installs. Reviews are mixed. Some owners thank the technicians for being friendly and getting repairs done on time. Others describe slow communication and problems that took months to sort out, especially with warranty items. Reviewers often mention warranty, which is a big part of what they deal with here. One recent buyer had a tech drive out to their campsite to fix a leveling system. Another went back and forth for months on warranty issues. If you are weighing a visit, read a few of the reviews and ask about scheduling before you go.
