About Planet RV INC
Planet RV is a full service shop in Pompano Beach that also sends techs out to you. Roof repairs, slide outs, floor replacement, AC work, awnings and body work all show up on the list. They take insurance and extended warranties, and the mobile side runs seven days a week. The reviews run both ways. People talk about a Saturday house call that got a rig back up in hours, and a tech who fixed an August power failure with no appointment. Others mention staff who walked them through floor plans without pressure and a salesman they liked. Body work and insurance claim handling come up too, and not always kindly. A few customers describe long waits on parts and a payment dispute that dragged on for years. The shop sits at a 3.6 across 356 Google reviews, so read a few before you commit. If you need someone who will come to you on a weekend, that is the part people praise most.
