About PKB RVs LLC Parts and Service
PKB RVs sits on Rayon Drive in Parkersburg, and it covers more ground than the name suggests. Sales, parts, service, storage, even a camping store. In business since 2000. If something on your rig is broken, the service side handles roof and floor replacement, AC and awning work, and major appliance fixes. The parts counter is the part people keep talking about in reviews. Reviewers mention Tony and Tom cutting a used awning down for a horse trailer owner who was in a bind, and staff who pull hard-to-find parts and double-check fit so you get the right one the first time. One buyer drove five and a half hours for a deal that beat local quotes. Others call the sales side no-pressure. Service gets mixed reviews. One camper owner praised the salesman but called the service team awful and the extended warranty experience frustrating. The rating is 4.2 across 105 reviews, so read a few before you book. RV storage is on site too, and reviewers say Regina is easy to work with when they need to get to their rig.
