About Pelland Enterprises Inc
Pelland Enterprises in Arnold, California, is a distributor of custom-manufactured and hard-to-find RV parts. They make windows and doors to order and stock a wide selection of holding and water tanks with fittings applied at no extra cost. Window and slide-out seals are sold by the foot, so you only buy what you need. Services include leak detection and installation. Reviewers mention the website a lot, and not all of it is positive. Several describe long waits for backordered window parts and trouble getting callbacks. One customer had a good experience ordering a shower pan, saying the online process was easy and a staff member named Christine was helpful. Others note fast shipping when items are in stock. The shop has a 3.5-star rating from 26 Google reviews. If you need a custom part for an older rig, they may have it or can make it. For routine repairs, it's worth calling to check stock before you order.
