About OTR Mobile Camper Repair
OTR Mobile Camper Repair is a locally owned mobile service based in Festus, Missouri. They come to you for RV and travel trailer repairs, and they handle factory or aftermarket warranty work. That means you might avoid the long dealer wait. Reviewers are split. Some had good experiences: one praised Brandon for getting an Aqua Hot part and keeping in touch, and another said he fixed a furnace that others couldn't. But others describe problems. One says a winterization job wasn't done right and led to leaks. Another claims an AC unit wasn't replaced as promised. A third says work was left unfinished after insurance paid. The shop has a 2.4-star rating from 14 Google reviews. If you're thinking of calling, it's worth reading the reviews yourself and asking direct questions about warranty and parts before you commit.
