About Open Road RV
Open Road RV sits in Monroe and covers more ground than most shops: sales, service, parts and storage under one roof. They carry travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class A and C, toy haulers and campers, new and used, plus a parts department and weekend hours. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Kind staff comes up a lot, and so does the buying process. People mention thorough walkthroughs that leave first-time owners feeling ready, and experienced owners appreciate the no-pressure approach when it comes to extras they already have. One driver passing through on I-5 blew a tire and got help from an employee, which says something about how they treat strangers. The service side gets similar notes. A short-notice repair request got squeezed in when the schedule was full, and slide repair comes up in reviews. Not every review is perfect. One buyer said the used fifth wheel cleaning was only partly done. Call ahead for service, since they book out.
