About Open Road RV Ellensburg
Open Road RV sits in Ellensburg, Washington, and wears a few hats. It sells new and pre-owned RVs, keeps a parts and accessories counter, and runs a service department for roof and AC work. Brands on the lot include Thor Motor Coach, Forest River, K-Z and Heartland, along with travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers and truck campers. Financing is part of the deal too. Reviewers tend to mention the people more than the inventory. A welcoming atmosphere comes up often, and several buyers credit staff for working within their budget when a closer dealer would not. Folks write about the buying process, hitch setups and ordering parts. One RVer pulled in off the road with a solar panel hanging loose and says the shop took it off right away. The service side gets attention as well. Reviewers describe quick diagnosis and fair pricing, and one owner says a technician came out to fix trailer damage within days. That review landed after the owner, Bradey, reached out within 24 hours. It holds 4.7 stars across 258 Google reviews. Hours are posted, so call ahead for emergency work.
