About New Castle Truck & Trailer
New Castle Truck & Trailer is a collision and body repair shop on the truck and trailer side of things, and campers land there too. Reviews mention roof work after a tree fell on a coach, a fifth wheel slide out, awning and body damage, and a blown tire. They also do custom paint and fleet work. The reviews are mostly warm about the crew, especially Josh, who gets called helpful, patient and professional. One owner said they got a same-day quote and parts ordered fast when other shops quoted a week just to look. Another stopped in mid-trip with a broken door and got it opened even though the shop was busy. A couple of things to weigh. One reviewer with an insurance claim said parts took five months to order and advised against bringing a claim there, and another found the front counter less helpful than the techs. Worth asking how your job gets scheduled before you hand over the keys.

What renters mention
“Can not say enough good things about this company. We are traveling across country in our class c rv and the door to the living quarters broke so we had to climb over the seats in the cab to get out. Not easy for old people.” – Chuck B., 4 years ago, on Google
“We had some repair work done due to a tree falling on our 2024 Entegra Coach 37K Accolade.” – patrick g., a year ago, on Google
“I purchased a used camper and needed the slide out fixed. Unfortunately, the damage was more extensive then I thought. The mechanic Josh was very helpful, patient and courteous and was able to get the job done before our trip.” – Alex A., 4 years ago, on Google
