About Nevada Auto Care
Nevada Auto Care is a family-owned shop in Reno that has been open since October 2021. They work on cars, trucks, RVs and diesel rigs. That covers oil changes, brakes, A/C service, engine replacement and diagnostics. They are also a certified Nevada emissions station for both gas and diesel smog testing. What comes through in the reviews, and there are over 600 of them, is how people feel about the staff. Reviewers keep mentioning Rachel and the front desk crew by name, calling them friendly, positive and easy to talk to. Several note that walk-ins get handled without much fuss. One Sprinter 3500 owner said this was one of the only places in town that could smog their RV and do the alignment too. The shop offers free loaner cars and rides to work or home on qualifying repairs, plus financing. There is a 24/7 secure key drop if you need to leave a rig after hours. Not every review is glowing, and one 1-star complaint about a misdiagnosed engine light and repeat diagnostic charges is worth reading before you go. For a quick A/C fix or a diesel smog, it is a solid Reno option.
